George Frideric Handel’s “Messiah”
November 22 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Enriching the musical heritage of southern New Jersey for the past five decades, the Masterworks Choir and Orchestra presents classic and contemporary sacred choral music under the direction of John Gregory Bate. The Masterworks Choir is a group of talented and dedicated local volunteers. Come and hear why the Sentinel Ledger calls this choir "The jewel in the crown of ecclesiastic music in this area."
Funding has been made possible in part by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts / Department of State, the National Endowment for the Arts, and the Cape May County Board of County Commissioners through the Cape May County Division of Culture & Heritage.
The Masterworks Choir would also like to thank St. Peter's United Methodist Church, our Patrons and Audience for their continued generous support of the Choir, the Arts and Arts Education in the South Jersey area.
